Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 16, 2026Our service may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own policies — we're not responsible for their practices, and this policy doesn't apply once you leave our service.
1. What We Collect
We collect the minimum needed to do the job. Nothing is collected beyond what's listed in sections 2 and 3 below.
2. Discord Server Data
When you run /track, we store:
- Your Discord server ID
- The channel ID where notifications should post
- The YouTube channel ID you're tracking
That's everything we need. Nothing more is stored.
3. YouTube Channel Data
For each tracked channel, we fetch and store:
- Channel ID and display name
- Subscriber count over time
This comes from YouTube's public API and powers the notifications and analytics you see.
4. Subscriber Metrics
Growth rates — subscribers per day, hour, minute, and second — are derived from YouTube's data and our own historical records. These appear in notifications and on the analytics dashboard.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Full stop.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your data, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you.
7. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as it's needed to run the service. If you remove the bot from your server, your tracking data is deleted.
